– Applicant’s passport with at least 7 months validity
2- A copy of the individual profile page of the passport and the page after that (copy of pages 2 and 3 of the passport)
3-A copy of the visa application form (the signature at the end of the form must be the same as the signature you put on your passport.)
4 – A piece of photo size 3.5*4.5 with a white background
5-Official English translation of the birth certificate with the approval of the Ministry of Justice
6-Certificate of employment stating the position, salary and agreeing to leave (with date) + insurance
7-Financial capacity of at least 400 million in English with the mention of the equivalent of US dollars
8- The bank account statement of the last three months in English, A4 size at most, issued 5 days before submitting the documents to the embassy
9- All previous passports plus copies of all previous visas in A4 size
10- Bank guarantee for each person for travel company after visa issuance
Note: Please submit the requested documents in A4 size and on one side (not two sides). If the original size of the document is not A4, please make a copy of it in A4 size. And note that there are no scratches on the documents.
*For all Persian documents, an official translation approved by the Ministry of Justice issued in the last three months is required.
